Using the scanner

The scanner is a web app that opens on any phone or tablet. Go to fidelizando.io/escaner with your login or your team’s and add it to the home screen.

Adding a stamp

1. Tap Turn on camera and point at the QR code on the customer’s card (in their wallet, their app or a printed card).
2. Tap +1 stamp (or enter the amount for points).
3. The confirmation appears; if you make a mistake, Undo.

If it won’t read the QR code

Tap Find customer and type their name, phone, email or the code under the QR (for example, F7K2M 9QXRA). If it’s dark, turn on the torch.

Other actions

• New customer: show them a QR code or sign them up yourself.
• Note: a note only your team sees.
• Record visit, for discount, membership or tier programmes.
