Rewards and redemptions

When a customer completes the card they get the “Your reward is ready” notification in their wallet and their app.

Redeeming at the counter

1. Scan their card with the scanner.
2. If they have a reward, the Hold to redeem button appears. It’s held down so nobody redeems by accident.
3. The card starts again (or stays at the next reward if you have intermediate rewards).

If you make a mistake, tap Undo straight after. Every action is recorded with the name of who did it.
