Frequently asked questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which come with every phone. If they like, they can also add your app to their home screen, without going through any app store.

Do I need a till system or any hardware?

No. Your team adds stamps with the phones they already have. Later on, if you like, you can connect your till or online shop through our API.

How long does it take to get going?

A few minutes. Upload your logo, choose the reward, publish and print the poster we create for you.

Who owns my customers’ data?

You do. We comply with the GDPR, you can export it whenever you want and your customers can delete their account at any time.

Does it work if I have several locations?

Yes. Each location has its own scanners and stats, and customers use the same card everywhere.
