Your team and their permissions

Invite your team by email: managers see the dashboard and the scanner; everyone else, just the scanner.

In Locations and team β†’ Invite enter the person’s email and choose what they can do. They get an email to choose their password.

Permissions

  • Owner: everything, including exporting customers, changing the team and the plan.
  • Manager: the dashboard and the scanner.
  • Team: just the scanner (stamps, redemptions, sign-ups and notes).

Every stamp is recorded with the name of who added it, and you’ll see how many stamps each person adds per month.

The number of scanners at once depends on your plan. You can add extra scanners from Plan and invoices.
