Stamp card rules

In Programme and rewards you decide how each stamp is earned and what happens when the card is complete.

The rules

• Stamps for the reward and what the reward is.
• How a stamp is earned: per visit, for a minimum spend, for every X euros or for a specific product.
• Intermediate rewards: for example, a pastry at the 5th stamp.
• Maximum stamps per day per customer, to avoid mistakes and cheating.
• Expiry: never, X months after being earned or on a fixed date each year. If they expire, the automatic notification reminds them beforehand.
• Gifts: welcome stamp, birthday stamp and bring-a-friend stamp.
• Double stamps on the days and times you choose, for quiet hours.
