Getting your first customers

Where to put the QR code, what to say at the till and how to share your link so the card takes off in the first weeks.

What works best

  • The poster with the QR code next to the till. Print it from Posters.
  • Offering it at the till for the first fortnight: β€œShall I set up your card? It takes 20 seconds and the first stamp is on us.”
  • A welcome stamp: turn it on in Programme and rewards. A card that doesn’t start empty is a big encouragement.
  • Your link on social media: in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status and your website.

If the customer can’t scan

From the scanner, tap New customer: show them a QR code on your phone or sign them up yourself with their email or phone.

If you already had customers

Upload them from a spreadsheet with their balance: import customers.
