How your customers sign up

What your customer sees when they scan your QR code: a short form, their card in the wallet and your app, with nothing to download.

  1. The customer scans your QR code with the phone camera or opens your link.
  2. They see your card and what they earn, and fill in the details you ask for (for example, name and email).
  3. They accept the privacy policy and, if they want, tick that they agree to receive offers.
  4. They save the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or use it from your app in the browser.

They don’t download anything from any app store. If they like, they can add your app to their home screen.

Which details to ask for

The less you ask, the more people sign up. Email lets them recover their card if they change phone; birthday is for the birthday notification. You choose it in Card design.

We keep proof of every consent (text shown, date and source), as GDPR requires.
