How to connect it

  1. In your Fidelizando dashboard, open Integrations and copy the Shopify address.
  2. In Shopify: Settings β†’ Notifications β†’ Webhooks β†’ β€œCreate webhook”.
  3. Event β€œOrder payment”, JSON format, and paste the address.
  4. Place a test order: you’ll see the stamp on the customer’s profile.

Even if you connect nothing, your team adds stamps with the phone scanner in a second, and your customers carry the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Do I need to install an app in Shopify?

No. A standard Shopify webhook is enough, with no paid apps and no code.

What if the buyer doesn’t have a card?

You can choose to create one automatically, as long as your store mentions your loyalty programme in its privacy policy.
