Switching to Fidelizando from another programme

Bring your customers with their balance from paper cards, a spreadsheet or another app, without them losing anything.

Export your customers from your current programme to a spreadsheet or CSV and import them with their balance. If you’re coming from paper cards, you can add the balance manually from the scanner the first time they visit.
