Sending a campaign

A message to the wallet, their app and by email, now or scheduled, to everyone or a group of customers.

  1. In Campaigns, write the title and text. On the right you see how it looks on the lock screen.
  2. Choose who: everyone, those who haven’t visited for 30 days, new customers, your best customers, those with an unredeemed reward or those with a birthday this month.
  3. If you like, add a gift (stamps or points) that’s added automatically.
  4. Send it now or schedule it for a day and time.
It only reaches those who agreed to receive offers, and at most one campaign is sent per day so as not to tire them.
