1. What they are

Small files your browser stores so the site works or to measure its use.

2. Cookies we use

• fdz (technical, first-party): keeps the dashboard and customer app session. Expires when you close the browser.
• Customer card (technical, first-party): remembers on that phone which card is theirs, so they don’t have to identify themselves every time.
• Stripe (technical, third-party): only on the payment page, to prevent fraud.
• fdz_cookies (technical, first-party): stores your choice in the cookie banner. Lasts 6 months.
• fdz_idioma (technical, first-party): remembers the language you view the site in. Lasts 1 year.
• fdz_app_idioma (technical, first-party): remembers the language of the card app. Lasts 1 year.

Only if you accept them in the banner:

• Analytics (Google Analytics, third-party: _ga, _ga_*): count visits in aggregate to learn which pages work and improve the site. Last up to 2 years.
• Advertising (Google Ads, third-party: _gcl_au and similar): measure whether our ads bring sign-ups and allow us to show you Fidelizando ads. Last up to 90 days.

Until you accept them, Google only receives cookieless signals with no data that identifies you (Google consent mode). The cards and apps businesses give their customers carry none of these cookies.

3. How to manage them

You can change your choice at any time in cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can also delete or block them from your browser; if you block the technical ones, the dashboard and the app will not be able to keep your session.
