Connect your card
to everything you use.

A simple API to add stamps and points from your till, online shop or Zapier, plus real-time webhooks whenever something happens in your programme.

Getting started

Your API key is in your dashboard under Integrations. Send it with every request in the header:

Authorization: Bearer fdz_tu_clave

All endpoints start with https://fidelizando.io/api/v1, accept JSON and respond with JSON containing "ok": true or "ok": false and an "error" message in Spanish. To find a customer you can use their email, their telefono or the codigo on their card.

GET/yo

Checks that the key works and returns the business and programme type. Zapier uses it to test the connection.

POST/clientes

Signs up a customer and creates their card (with the welcome gift if you have it switched on). If they already exist, returns their card. consentimiento is required: it confirms they have accepted your privacy policy.

POST/sumar

Adds to the card. For stamps, cantidad stamps (1 if you don’t send it). For points, whatever the importe is worth under your programme. Your limits apply, such as the daily stamp cap.

POST/canjear

Redeems the reward if there’s enough balance. For points, premio is the reward’s position in your catalogue (0 is the first).

Online shops

Shopify and WooCommerce don’t allow custom headers, so the key goes in the URL. Each paid order adds once to the buyer’s card (matched by email), even if the shop repeats the notification. The exact URLs, with your key, are in your dashboard.

Webhooks

Add a https:// URL in your dashboard and we’ll send a JSON POST whenever something happens. If your server doesn’t reply with a 2xx code, we retry up to 5 times.

Zapier, Make and n8n

  1. Receive webhooks: β€œWebhooks by Zapier β†’ Catch Hook” (in Make, β€œCustom webhook”). Paste its URL into your dashboard.
  2. Add points or sign up customers: β€œWebhooks by Zapier β†’ POST” to https://fidelizando.io/api/v1/sumar or /clientes, with the Authorization: Bearer header and your key.
  3. That’s how you connect Square, Holded, Odoo, Revo, your CRM or a Google Sheet: every sale adds to your customer’s card.
